Yes, my real name is "Chance Bliss". I am a user experience director for a digital marketing agency who geeks out on user interface design, gadgets, playing guitar and video games (a shameful pleasure).
It’s a very frustrating decision on Apple’s part.
I hope when Apple does adopt flash, they create a really long intro flash movie, and make it run on all their mobile devices on startup.
Here’s a few guesses why they do want to support Flash.
1. Slow performance
2. Crash prone
3. Direct competition with iTunes (music, movies, apps…)
4. No quality control
As for me, no Flash support means:
1. No Hulu
2. No Flash games
But I use my XBOX for all of those things so I could really care less.
